This was "OK". Made this tonight for my bf and I. While I liked it (he, not so much), I didn't care for it enough to add to my regular menu rotation. I guess I just don't care for slow cooked chicken... The texture is kinda wierd. As for preparation, I pretty much followed the recipe to a T except for adding about 1/4 c. of chicken broth in the first step (I had some left-over from another recipe that I wanted to use up). One thing to note, however, is that it took much longer than 30 minutes (on low setting) for my cream cheese to completely melt (even though I softened it in the microwave beforehand). This was not a problem since I needed to boil pasta and warm my veggie side. One suggestion for those who want to make this.... Mix your cream cheese and soup together before adding to the crock pot (it's easier than stirring with the chicken). Served over wide egg noodles with a side of canned peas and dinner rolls.
