Jagerschnitzel

Reviewed on Oct. 6, 2008 by Classy vintage 57
I made this for my two German exchange students; they pronounced it "Great"!! just like from home. It was very easy; I pounded the cutlets the night before, I used a combination of beef broth and boullion in the gravy. I served it with thick fries with the skin on, and fresh green beans!! Yummy- there were no leftovers. Thanks!

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini

Reviewed on Sep. 11, 2008 by kissthecook
This is a great dish! The one thing I would have to say is use the fresh alfredo sauce that you get in the refrigerated section (if you don't make your own). The stuff that comes in the jar is horrible. Thanks for such an easy and elegant recipe!

Corn Cheese Chowder

Reviewed on Sep. 9, 2008 by kissthecook
This was a good chowder, although it needed a little boost...I added garlic to the onions. I used 1 can of creamed corn and fresh corn from one ear. I also added potato and red bell pepper. It tasted even better as left-overs!
