Keilbasa is one of my favorite foods, but sadly I found this recipe to be only "so-so"...this may be because I added too much brown sugar? A visiting friend who doesn't care for keilbasa absolutely LOVED it however.
It was very sweet, but didn't have much going on besides that. I feel like it needed some kind of bite, maybe a diced onion or pepper? I think I'm going to play with the recipe and try again.
